Gojek Introduces GoCar Luxe to Provide Extra Space and Comfort During Travel

Jakarta, December 15, 2022 – In the spirit of We Got You, Gojek's latest campaign on mobility, the company has reinforced its commitment to provide the best and comprehensive mobility service for its users. Gojek is now introducing the GoCar Luxe service to provide the best vehicles with spacious passenger cabin space and extra comfort during customer trips. The service is also supported by standardized driver partners who work according to GoCar Luxe SOP.

GoCar Luxe complements other GoCar services that are currently available, such as GoCar, GoCar Protect+, and GoCar (L).

GoCar Luxe also complements various transportation options in the Gojek ecosystem. Continuous innovation by Gojek to meet the various mobility needs of the community makes the platform the first choice of the people for online transportation services. The Institute for Development of Economics and Finance (INDEF) reported this year that Gojek services were the most used by online transportation users in Indonesia (82%).

GoCar Luxe provides options for customers to get a different mobility experience. It is suitable for people going to special events or venues such as business meetings, traveling with friends and colleagues, attending weddings, or traveling with family and parents.

During a trial from November to early December, Gojek recorded several positive notes about GoCar Luxe. The number of orders increased by 10% every week, reflecting the enthusiasm of customers for the service. Furthermore, trips with GoCar Luxe received higher average ratings from customers compared to other GoCar services. The data shows that GoCar Luxe provides quality services that are tailored to customer needs and budget.

Currently, GoCar Luxe is available to all Gojek customers in Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, and several areas in North Jakarta. Later on, more vehicles will be added to serve more customers.

Besides customers, driver partners also benefit from GoCar Luxe with the opportunity to get a higher income. Gojek makes sure that GoCar Luxe driver partners are well trained and provide good services..

To use GoCar Luxe, users can select the GoCar Luxe icon in the Gojek application. After that, users choose their destination and pick-up location. If the order is made within the service areas, a GoCar Luxe driver partner will immediately pick you up.
